Timothy McDonald

Director of Production

Timothy McDonald has been involved in the entertainment industry for a career spanning 20 years.  He has produced concerts and events of all sizes and with his own production company on Nantucket Island for the past decade and recently moved to Colorado to expand on a business still in operation.  He has worked with many of the islands' non-profit organizations, and his team works rigorously to produce their events to a high standard.  Using professional imaging, sound and lighting he helped properly portray the message and achieve their fundraising goals.  As the Technical Director of the Nantucket Film Festival (2009-present) he found a passion for the Art of the Film Industry and looks to add that experience to the new venture of Mountain Fog Productions.  From Front of House Engineer to Festival Owner and Producer, Mr. McDonald has had the pleasure and occasional displeasure of working with many of today's icons, celebrities and political figures.  Along with his partners Parker Roe and Will Rawls and their experienced crew of industry professionals, Mountain Fog will provide a multitude of customized services within the Event Production realm, throughout the country.

Will Rawls

Director of Photography

Will Rawls has spent the past 4 years merging his lifelong love of music with his newfound love of photography.  Along with his friend and business partner, Parker Roe, Will founded The Lot Scene in 2014 with the goal of not only providing quality coverage of the festivals and concerts they attend from a journalism perspective, but also to give back to their musical community, the musicians who leave it all on the stage night after night, the fans doing the same on the dance floor, and the crews that keep the tour train rolling.

Will has photographed many of the biggest names in the jam/bluegrass/string band scene and has also covered a wide range of festivals, including All Good, Big Sky Big Grass, Bluegrass Underground, DelFest, Jam Cruise, Leftover Salmon at The Stanley, the LOHI Music Festival, Strings & Sol, Telluride Bluegrass, WinterWonderGrass (Avon, Steamboat, & Tahoe), and Yonder Mountain String Band’s Kinfolk Celebration.

As Director of Photography, Will brings his talent, experience, and attention to detail to Mountain Fog Productions to help realize the clients’ vision and to ensure their expectations are exceeded.

Parker Otwell Roe

Director of Media

A third generation entertainer, Parker Otwell Roe came by his place in the entertainment world honestly.  His childhood love of music led him to eventually study voice at the University of Richmond.  After a brief tenure in the United States Marine Corps, Parker was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain whereupon he returned to school pursuant to a Bachelor’s of Music.  After graduation, he enjoyed an active career in music touring and recording with multiple traditional Irish ensembles for six years learning the myriad workings of this arena in the process.  Parker also owned and operated the independent Irish traditional record label, Taolchemy Records, in New York City during the late 2000s.  After moving to Colorado, he then began a new venture with Will Rawls called The Lot Scene focusing on live music photography and reviews as well as interviews, album reviews, merchandising, band promotion, event promotion, and community development.  Now he is taking all his industry knowledge forward with him into another great undertaking:  Mountain Fog Productions.  Along with his two partners, Timothy McDonald and Will Rawls and the combined weight of their professional skills and networks, Parker helps MFP provide a host of high-tech, high-end event production services all across the country at myriad venues.

Anne Friant

Director of Videography

Anne picked up her first video camera at eight years old and knew right away that videography would become a lifetime passion.  She studied video production while getting her Communication Studies degree at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In 2010, she moved to Avon, CO and immediately fell in love with everything Colorado had to offer: snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, and (of course) the amazing music scene.  She began her professional career as a production assistant at TV8 Vail, quickly got promoted to director and video editor, and eventually ended her tenure as lead videographer and production specialist. Her work has aired on national TV networks such as ABC and FOX Sports Network, and she has worked with such big names as Bode Miller, Lindsey Vonn, and Kelly Clark. But as her career blossomed, Anne realized that her love of live music could be merged with her passion for video. Growing up in a musical family,  Anne attended countless music events, and continued to festivate far into adulthood. While her experience at TV8 was invaluable, she knew that capturing the energy of live events was her truest passion. When Mountain Fog Productions started, she jumped at the chance to bring her skill set to the table. As Director of Videography, Anne brings a keen eye for excellent video production from conception to creation at MFP.
